How can I contact Alovi & Co ?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Depending on the product, your parcel will take up to 30 days to arrive for most US orders. International orders may take slightly longer to arrive.

Payments & Refunds:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Do I need to have a Paypal account to make payment?

No, it is not necessary to have a paypal account to make your payment.

Why do I get redirected to only Paypal website to make payment?

After you click complete order, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can do a Paypal Guest Checkout, when you click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" below.

With this, you do not need to create a Paypal account, and the payment will be deducted from your credit card.

Paypal is just a host platform for our payment system. They do not withhold any of your information when you use the Guest Checkout.

What qualifies for a refund?

We only offer refunds for damaged or defective goods and missing parcels.

Should you require a refund, drop us an email at support.alovico@gmail.com with an attached image of the damaged product (if applicable) and your order number, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Why haven't I received my refund?

Your refund may take some time before it is fully processed.  

If you have yet to receive your refund, take the following actions:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank

Orders & Shipping:

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Some products are under Free Shipping. Few others products are not under Free Shipping.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship USA, UK, Australia, Europe.

 Where is the item coming from ?

The majority of our inventory is sold from our warehouses in China with a select few from other distributors in other countries including in the United States.  That being said, sometimes, your order may come in different packages at different times.
